Woman and Man A are residents of Alabama. Man B is a resident of Georgia.

Woman is romantically involved with Man A and is trying for a child with him. Woman is romantically involved with Man B as a sidepiece (neither men are the wiser) and is trying for a child with Man B as well. Woman breaks things off with Man B after informing him that she is pregnant, but not to worry, that she has gotten a paternity test -- it is Man A's. Man B is 90% sure Man A signs the birth certificate as the father. The couple lives together and raises their child together for 3 years (Not sure if this is important or not but Man A and Woman never marry).

At the end of those three years, Woman attempts to coerce Man B into a relationship again and informs him that she never took a test. She still informs him that she's sure the child is Man A's. Man B calls and calls, attempting to gain contact and ask for a test. Woman and Man A deny any requests, stating that they are the child's parents and that Man B needs to back off.

Two years later(the child is 5 at this point), Man B sees ALOT of physical similarities in the child and himself and wants to be 100% sure. He is informed that he can subpoena a paternity test (there are several messages proving they were sexually active around the time of the child's conception). Will Man B owe back child support in this case? If it matters, Man B has several messages between himself and Woman where she vehemently denies him a paternity test and that he is NOT the father. Is it too late for Woman to claim paternity towards another man even though Man A has signed the birth certificate, and it has been 5 years? Man A will likely want to still be the father anyway for a child that he has raised for 5 years (both he and Woman are in vehement denial of getting a paternity test despite Man A finding out about her infidelity) and Man B does not want to break up the only family that the child knows, but in that case, will Woman be able to still sap him for child support? Woman and Man A have attempted to steal from Man B multiple times already... It's likwly that Woman and Man A could want to have a paternity test just to get money from Man B and use for their own devices... What is the most likely outcome in this scenario? Will Woman just be able to pop in whenever she wants and sue for paternity, even though another man has signed the birth certificate?
