They could structure it like WIC. That is the money is transferred to coupons that are exclusively spent on children's items, they could have also you know an annual audit. But at that point the system would be completely exposed as a fraud program meant to force fathers to subsidize the destruction of their relationship with their children. Instead, and I'm quoting DC's here. " Child support is discretionary income ie it is spent on whatever the woman wants, and when you look at title d you see why the child support exists. It's about destroying a man via his child and his livelihood. A man in here said it perfectly. A man will never learn until he is on the other end of a support order. I had 3 women on the phone dividing up my income when I had my hearing. When I protested that I didn't even know where my daughter was or where she went to daycare ( my ex withholds) they basically told me to shut the fuck up. This is the system. Children are weapons to be leveraged against fathers. I hope there is a hell. Child support= child exploitation.
