I was watching a show on a streaming service the other day.*
The guy was a bookie and probably murdered his wife so I'm not going to go out on a limb and call him a saint.
He was a good provider, no mention of cheating, no mention of physical abuse, spent plenty of time with his kids. He constantly bought his wife gifts and from what I can tell gave a ton of effort trying to be a good husband and father.
After a few years she wasn't happy so she found Mr. Tingles in an AOL chatroom, started having an affair and asked for a divorce.
Again, I'm not saying he should have killed the bitch but she was trying to squeeze him for every penny.
If she'd just have been reasonable I can see this going a different way.
