Got asked to come in for a Few hours at work on my day off. I'm being eyed to have a good manager position and possibly running a night shift in the near future. I've stepped up to fill in for my boss in the past when he was on vacation or injured. Aside from him and me there is a female colleague that can do this job, but she is very annoying and can't lift these jobs to transport them to the drill press or to the sanding/painting area she also takes way longer. He asked me if I wanted a hand from her to which I said hell no. I'd rather work alone than be stuck with her in a building alone on a Saturday. My boss ended up coming in because of an error on the job but knowing some of the workplace horror stories I said fuck that!
