The fact that you're this conflicted means you're not ready.

You'll also never have an STD or HPV. That crap is everywhere and is nasty. You won't know if you have lots of HPV or how it will be effecting your body. Right now you are clean and healthy. Enjoy it.
You can always adopt. No reason you can't be a father later. But won't have all the risk and drama and massive screwing over from the courts from being married and divorced. I gotta admit that would be very hard at your age since you haven't actually had to go through all the crap yet. It's usually after the horrible things happen you really get determined to be MGTOW and learned the hard way.

I don't think you can really make that commitment at 22. Bottom line is you most likely have a long life ahead of you and anything can change.
I'm also very much against a "black or white" approach to MGTOW. If you feel like you're sacrificing or going without - the chances are it won't be sustainable.
I would say rather learn from the mistakes of others. Ask specific questions. Most importantly learn about the nature of women and how to weed out the crap. If, and this is a big IF a woman passes your standards, chances are you have a unicorn (or close enough), and maybe (just maybe) you should proceed.
But I'll just go ahead here and state the obvious. Don't get married, don't have children early on.
Not every relationship is a disaster story, I know a guy from school, we've remained friends since then. He got involved with a woman most likely around 15 years ago. They were initially dating then lived together around the 5 year mark. Didn't get married until around 3 years ago. Now they have a child.
Now I give that example, but pretty much every other person I know besides a few - Have had bad experiences from marriage.
Bottom line is, if you have high standards and aren't looking for quick one night stands and casual sex - then it's likely the decision will be made for you. Since it's become increasingly hard to find a decent woman.

Here's the Urban Dictionary definition of relationship :
A legal form of prostitution where a female collects money, cars, and other valuable things in exchange for sex.
i gave tiffany a really expensive diamond for the aniversary of our one year relationship last night.
yeah but did you get laid?
you know it!

You should keep your eyes open for a Partner but don't look for a relationshit. It's easy to find someone for a relationshit but very hard to find a partner who fits you.
A relationshit doesn't offer what you're looking for, a partnership does (hopefully).
