One night I was coming back from a beach party with my mate, we saw a guy beating the hell out of a girl. Fking punching her and shit.She screams "HELP HELP".
My mate gets enraged easily, his mind just goes blank so he jumps on the dude, gets him off and they start fighting.

In fact, there is no "problem" there to begin with... no problem there at all, to wit, you stated:

You are making a hugely FALSE assumption/conclusion here. You say she is "smiling" but then you say she is "not comfortable" and that she is "trying to escape" -- then you jump to the conclusion that "she can't."

This is pure "white knight" BULLSHIT.

Does the woman have a tongue? (a VOICE?) Is she screaming? Is she crying out for help? For someone (anyone) to call the police?
Does she have arms, hands, fingernails? Is she using them in some manner to inflict pain to the fellow that is "holding her"?

She has may resources and capabilities that she MIGHT use to attempt to aid her escape, yet she is using NONE of them -- ergo she is not TRYING to actually "escape" -- she is instead being a "minx" and "playing" submission/dominance "games" with multiple males, moreover she is doing so (and continuing to do so) entirely of her own free will. The scene is no accident, it is a situation she herself has constructed, and is quite pleased with (i.e. attention from multiple young males).

I'm that situation it probably would have been easy to park with them between you and the door so you van wall right by them. This let's you get a close look of what's happening along with being able to just casually asking how they're doing, what's up, etc to try and see if there's something amiss.
