TL;DR: Prostitution being made legal may actually be an ethical requirement in some cases; there is a risk that it could further increase the cost of pussy to incredible highs though.

I was thinking about how to get with a prostitute in my town knowning it is a small town and it is illegal here anyways...

I started thinking about the potential negative effects prostitution could have on women, and no I don't mean in the sense "oh poor women".

If women who do not prostitute themselves (for the purpose of this message let us agree that yes they all somehow prostitute themselves, directly indirectly) see other women, who openly prostitute themselves doing much better financially and much more easily (usually) then I am afraid their perceived value of their holes will once again rise.

"Why am I giving this loser my holes for 'free' when I could have him and others pay $$$$$$$$ for them ?"

Funnily enough though if that happens on a big enough scale; women will in fact admit de facto that their main drive in life is to sell their holes to the highest bidder (Chad) and keep him around so she can have him on a subscription system (marriage, LTR)

Which means that, the nuclear family might make a come back. Albeit for the wrong reasons but still.

Now how can we legalize prostitution and make it acceptable on wide scale basis in such a way that men don't get ripped off again ?

Slightly off topic, how dare countries/states dictate that a man (or woman actually) cannot get paid-for companionship ? I'll give you an example where prostitution would be very clearly beneficial: the handicapped/chronically ill; just because they are handicapped or chronically ill doesn't mean they don't have sexual needs (to think otherwise would be further reducing them to a "broken object").

I am not even just talking about wheelchair-bound guys, I am also talking about guys with less visible health issues/handicaps, mental and/or physical. They often, UNLESS THEY ARE CHAD (then it becomes "he broke his ankle omg he is so brave! omg I want to fuck him so much!", contrary to the average looking creep who lost both his legs who is just a loser) or unless they pay for it, go without human touch for extended periods of time. Which I can only imagine is detrimental to their mental health in the long run.
