Yes they are never honest, but that’s most of the time because they dont want to admit how superficial they are. But I am fine with it. I never get bothered by them and at work they just have to do their job and accept me as their college/supervisor.

Yeah, that sort of thing is very common. You definitely didn't affect her brain, she just doesn't want anything from you...yet. I've had women blow up my phone with texts when I didn't respond due to being in area with no service for a few days. We all know the reason. It isn't even a "Chad" thing, they just don't respect or care about you.
Guys you need to treat women the way they treat you.
They go away to test you. If you get a why response, drop them. You're worth more than them. If you even double text or something, they think you're a loser and you are because you shouldn't even be bothered about her. You should have fifteen women in your phone that you've got texts going back and forth with, because that's what she's got going on and that's why she's not responding to you. She's enjoying random men waves getting on with her life and the guys that are winning are the ones that care less than her about how little she cares for men. These are the guys she's going to be chasing, so you need to be busy with your life, while she's wondering why you haven't replied to her bullshit.
