Its been 21 months since I left my toxic mess of an ex-wife and her horrible drug addicted stepkids.

I have accomplished alot in this time and just signed escrow papers on a condominium for my son and I that I can easily afford and have plenty of money left over for adventures with my son.

Here are some lessons I’ve learned. 1. Go as no contact as possible with your ex. If you are in this group you probably don’t have a nice person you are dealing with and you are probably dealing with a “Me First” person who is just getting a kick out of any venom you send her way and feeding off of it. Plus they will use it against you in court and in custody hearings.

  1. From day one keep seeing your kids and calling them every night and be consistent. She will try to nudge you out of their lives and then get you to pay child support. I have my son 55-60% of the time because I bug and bug to get him. Plus I work 3 twelve hour shifts a week which is full time for a nurse and allows me to easily have my son more than half the time.

  2. Get into a support group with other men in person or online it helps the healing process. May I suggest unlearning everything you were taught as a child about women. Read “No More Mr Nice Guy” by Robert A. Glover and “The Rational Male” by Rollo Tomassi. Life changing books.

  3. Don’t jump right into another relationship without taking time to recover and learn about what made you pick such a bad choice in the first place and if you do jump into another relationship I guarantee you will make the same mistakes as before. If you are done with females and their BS and just want to live a happy life may I suggest MGTOW (men go their Own Way) or if pussy still calls at least do it the right way look up groups like The Red Pill on reddit.

  4. Eat clean, meditate. and exercise it will help your mental balance and develop routines so that self destructive routines won’t take place.
