One big question: would the player play as one of those girls, or the guy strapped to the rock?

One is a shitty feminist porno where they get to flick their clits to the thought of skinning men alive (which they were already able to do in the last FarCry which gave you a choice of what gender you wanted for your characters).

But the other... now hear me out, maybe, if they handle this right, it could be a good satire of our modern cultural environment.

I know they don't have the brains necessary to actually pull this off, but imagine playing as that man, imagine being dumped in some kind of female paradise where all they do is enslave, torture, rape, and butcher men. Imagine being a man trying to escape this society, having to fight against an entire civilization that hates him with every fiber of its being. A civilization that tells its female members who are sitting at the top of the food chain that they are still being oppressed by the tormented men who they have firmly under their boot heel.

There is potential for a decent story to be told, one that points out the glaring hypocrisy of women in modern society, but the problem is this is fucking Ubisoft we're talking about, the kings of cuck. They're not going to actually tell a satirical story about oppression and hatred toward men, they're just going to revert to the usual "GUUUUURL POWEEEEEEEER!" message and recycle the exact same gameplay as they've done for years now.
