It already exists (with slight variations on the theme).

And of course there are also the "rainbow-friendly" color-spectrum versions.

Such outfits are essentially just slight "tweaks" to what is commonly called the "Mao suit" because Communist China's dictator "Chairman Mao" not only wore it, but required others to as well. Of course that name isn't actually correct, since Mao himself chose it in homage to, and to show himself as "heir" to the man for whom it was designed (Sun Yat Sen)-- who in turn has it based upon the "Mandarin Collar" outfit of the prior "Imperial China" authorities, but then combined with aspects of western outfits (including the standard "business suit" and various "western cut" pocket & pocket flap designs).

Arguably, anyone (especially woman) who wears that is signalling much the same thing that Mao was -- that is they are revealing (albeit perhaps subconsciously/unwittingly) at least their "admiration" for those prior wearer's of said "uniform"; and very likely have adopted at least part of the same worldview -- i.e. the hypocritical mentality of the pseudo-egalitarian/quasi-communistic regimes.

To wit: it is no accident that Kim Jong Un CHOOSES to wear the "Mao(Sun Yat-sen)" suit for most of his public appearances (but note that -- occasionally, when it "suits" his purposes -- he HAS been known to don a "western suit & tie") -- whereas his father Kim Jong-Il tended to prefer a western-casual zipper-jacket, and HIS father Kim Il-Sung preferred to be seen in a western business suit & tie.

Likewise, I guarantee you that it is likewise NO ACCIDENT that Hilliary Clinton has -- for the past decade or more -- chosen to wear her own "variation" on that "Mao" suit. (And no, said "pantsuit" is in fact NOT common western "business woman" attire {go google "business woman" and hit the "images" tab... you'll scroll in vain looking for anything resembling the "Maoist" pantsuit that HRC wears}.) Moreover keep in mind that -- NOT being "off the rack" stuff -- she is NOT selecting that just because it's "convenient"... she has to search for that particular style (and more like has it "custom made"; especially given the variation of -- not exactly "in style" -- colors, etc).

Plus, of course...any woman who you might encounter that is COPYING Hilliary Clinton... is likewise doing so ON PURPOSE and -- whether or not they fully understand the "heritage" of the design -- they doubtless ARE nevertheless signalling "I'm with Her" (aka "I have a MAOist/commie/egalitarian/feminist/SJW-authoritarian worldview").
