If one were to truly understand what this is verse refers to: it is a verse in idiomatic language describing a woman: she eats (sex) and wipes her mouth (lips, labia), and says: I have done no wrong. This is written in the same language the story of eve was written. Eve took of the fruit (offspring) of the tree, and did eat (have sex with), and gave also to Adam (sex again) who was with her. (Adam was there during Eve’s whole tryst with ‘something’ else)

Look up the word: superfecundation.

People miss so much back story by not understanding the euphemistic writing of old stories, especially within scripture.
