I am writing this because of a strange situation I keep encountering. I work in human resource field and with hiring of people. I dont really want to get into the details but I deal with many women HR people. I still like my job but I notice something very strange with women who I work with. These HR women are very combative and almost outright psychotic I would say in how they treat others in their position. They do not respond to email and phone calls a lot of times. They will say they will do something and then wont do it many times. It takes them forever to get the simplest things done. In m y position luckily I work with other people and some women who are alright with working. However, I have lost ALOT of respect for women after dealing with them in the workplace I am in. They are totally irresponsible most of the time in how they make decisions when they work. In addition they take forever to make decisions and seem to be totally irrational when they do. I have seen women who up late all the time for meetings. Say they are going to get something done and then the next day its still not done. They make up so many excuses all time. They can not act rational and without being emotional a lot of times. Not that men cant be guilty of the same things but women can take it to a whole other level it seem. Either way I have lost a lot of respect I had for women and how they work after dealing with them in leaderships positions more. I believe they have their place with working with kids and raising families. They are for sure better in those environments. They need to learn their boundaries and stop making everyone' life a a pain. Know what they are good at and stop being such irresponsible people in the workplace environment all the time. It is not good for people and is making it harder for many people who are just trying to get by right now.
