The first part really reminds me of the speech of the emperor in Code Geass (greate anime btw). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3HqV03Jouzk. Inequality is not evil. Equality is. Paying two people the same wage is inherently unfair because they are not exactly the same and one of them deserves more. The only place where everybody should be treated equally is law. Ironically this is not enforced at all in our world.

I heard that emperor Marcus Aurelius did not believe that justice was in treating people equally, but rather treating them as they deserved to be treated. Every major civilization from the Chinese, to the Sumerians and even Islam believed that justice was about preventing the powerful from abusing the weak. But it was never about making the weak equal to the strong.

As long as different people have different talents, hierarchies will emerge. The ancients took this for granted. The more complex the species, the more complex the hierarchies. The species with the greatest degree of equality among members is the amoeba. Perhaps this is what feminists are aspiring towards.
