Science: there is a certain amount of 'ugly' that isn't genetic. Level of mother's nutrition during pregnancy, early nutrition, and a few others factors can prevent some distortions.

to be fair she looked like she needed it because the before looks like one of her parents used to teach some mutant turtles martial arts although also im thinking she still needs some improvement
