I don't take it seriously because I have seen just too many liars and women using false lies for financial benefit because there's no penalties.

I view rape the same as I view people that have a car wreck. Unfortunate, and then you move on with life.

If its a massive deal to you, you have my sympathies, but you cannot let singular instances define your life.

Anyone those easily destroyed by a singular instance, yet learn nothing about it and don't make any half time adjustments, well, o.k. then.

That’s kinda my thought even though I know men have done some vile shit. Honestly if I witnessed it the offending party wouldn’t be seeing the light of day for a good long time from having their brains bashed in. It is very odd that male on male or female on male sexual assault is not taken seriously by women but many women don’t care or believe it’s possible. Walk away from anyone who conveys that attitude.

One lady at the social club appeared at a board meeting with a list of rapists who had made her a fallen woman while she was being unconscious from "sensory overload" at a club event. The list included a guy who had been in tokyo for weeks and the name of a friend who could not rape his ways through a marzipan donut, not even when being promised a star-trek-themed hewlett-packard superdome. Even in the light of those observations, the two board women and a board simp insisted on "listening to her" and to "trust her". (Tears, tears, tears, yells, yells, howls.) They called any reminder of how serious a felony a public wrong rape accusation is, "bigoted" and "pseudo-lawyery rhetorics".

Another case is the lady who got raped five times at the party of a friend by another guest and took that other guest to court over it. the friend was subpoenaed as a witness and scared shitless, because the party was a drug party and two cops had busted into the marihuana clouds due to noise complaints from neighbors. Two brief articles about the trial were published in local rags, without names, but enough allusions to the "rapist's" identity to out him to insiders and business partners (a pretty monied guy, btw.) The two cops from the complaint who were summoned as witnesses told the friend in a smoking break at the courthouse that of all the bogus rape accusations they had heard that one was the most obviously bs. One cop commented "Five times? I take what he had." Fortunately, the judge ruled that the accusations lacked any substance and even got angry about the waste of his time. For some reason, the accuser was not accused of making up bogus felonious accusations, no trial for that. The two rags did not report on the court's findings, of course.
