I've been doing a lot of thinking in terms of social dynamics. The paradigm that will likely govern a lot of what happens around the world in social, economic, and political arenas is sharing. I say this because of the advent of cryptocurrency. Now hold on just a moment. Don't look at that buzz word and immediately steer clear. It's not the buzz word itself I'm referring to, but simply the ideology behind it. Western capitalism is very Keynesian in ideology leading to the entrenched oligarchy we see today throughout democratic countries. Marxism would quip that today's economy is stress testing capitalism which is responsible for certain significant issues e.g. smv. Capitalism inherently creates inequality without perfect competition. The only viable long-term solution to this issue is abandon Capitalism to embrace socialism or abandon capitalism to embrace perfect competition. The U.S. fantasy with "Manifest Destiny", the "American way" or the "American Dream" seems indicative of the aforementioned: neo-capitalism creates increasingly entrenched oligarchical societies.

So many choices to choose from, a plethora of ways to "connect" with the world. The capitalist drilled into me by society screams with opportunity every time I hear the term "sharing economy". The sharing economy is the economy of peer to peer. You want a house you go rent the house for seconds, minutes, hours, days, months, years... etc from either a central or decentralized owner. The structural prerequisite to get everyone anything anytime for any price.

The long term solution to capitalism's woes would be to put a smart phone in everyone's hands, connect them to the web, put an app on it with the best security to vote where the information is handed to them by an impartial Artifical Intelligence. It's possible now, it has already been dreamt up and we have the materials required. However, only in fairytail land will the world wake up and realize things could be universally better for everyone without any significant drawbacks--to then go and actually embrace it? No, hierarchical power structures have existed from day one. I gander that the next few centuries, perhaps millenia will be broadly labeled as "coming to terms with our humanity". We've been groomed as a species to become economically competitive, hyper social, and cynical. We strive for competition for it breeds inequality while simultaneously desiring a higher form of inequality--living lavish while not having to work. Those who are left behind in the beginning teach their kin to do what they didn't do--in order to achieve a higher status. This is the name of the game. Be mindful of who illegitimately controls the board, for your peers are both your enemy and friend.

Tldr good vs evil exists, but inevitably one wins by force or submission. Manipulate the world to create your future, but have a fucking conscience and don't become the next Koch brothers obsessed with real domination.

Tbh a lot of what I write on this forum is in order for me to look back on and reflect at how my real thinking has changed. I just wanted to make an impact to this group to somehow maybe persuade certain groups into realligning their values of reason. You guys help me out a lot, but I honestly think some of you guys need to reboot, circlejerking is real in this group. Harp the same views, stroke each other's egos, but what I don't see going on is valuable discussion on change to be made or progress to be measured in some TANGIBLE WAY. Objectively I understand and can see the ways which others perceive this group, but it doesn't mean us vs them. It means explain your view in as unbiased a way you can conjure so that it may be considered by another human being. Far too much conjecture, anecdotal evidence... etc. Reason > all. I'm obviously not perfect as you can see from my typing and how much I had to Google in order to get the point I was trying to make across, but I tried my best.
