I have never taken a girl out and not paid for everything. It feels wrong to ask a woman out and expect her to pay for the date. My fiance's the only woman that ever even offered to pay, but I think that's because we've known each other since we were 12 (now 24) and she didn't find out till after a few dates that I have a trust fund because she only asked about how my family and I were doing through the first few dates a few years ago. Some of the other girls I've dated asked how much money I make/have on the first date, to which I would usually lie and say i'm in debt because of college and then planning on going to law school at the time. Out of those girls that i told I was in debt only one wanted a second date, but then my future fiance moved back from doing humanitarian work in South America and we immediately reconnected and the rest is history/present.
