I experience ASMR and I've been tracking it from the moment it started to pop off on youtube. I used to watch the female, content-heavy stuff. But I've since found that Indian male barbers and their head massages -- or this guy named Puti who does massages -- are instant ASMR triggers for me.

Just remember if you feel like you're not getting ASMR anymore, just stop watching for a couple of days.

A lot of the people who watch ASMR videos, don't actually experience ASMR.

I’ve never experienced ASMR. My friends used to be big into it, none of the videos worked for me.
