Go to a serious gym. Powerlifting etc. Shit will not be shiny and new looking. They will give you better results and have real info on fitness/nutrition even if you're not looking to get huge.

Edit: serious gym could include, CrossFit, HIIT, Olympic lifting, etc. Not stationary bike and show off my ass pants.

Hence the reason I stopped going to the gyms on base when I was in the Army. Besides, regular PT kept me in good enough shape. It is all about the attention and validation for them. Military and civilian alike.

Reminds me of the post-wall mid-30s feminist chick I lived with for about 9 months in my late 20s.

We were roommates (there were 2 other roommates as well-- a single mid-30's mom and her teenage feminized son. A total cluster).

She was pretty misandristic, in part, b/c she had a trans dad (one of the first trannies).

She had one bf when I was there, a guy who was mid-20s or late-20s. He broke up with her after just a few months.

I recall one time she was chatting w/ her sister at our kitchen table, and would talk shit about guys, I think in part just to piss me off, since I was in earshot. One thing she said stuck with me: "I can't go down the street without guys shouting stuff at me" or something like that.

It was so stupid, b/c, first, I had never seen a guy shout or whistle at her. And she was like 36. Her sister had just gotten married. And this feminist roommate chick would practically cry any time anyone mentioned kids or if she wanted to have kids.

She was projecting so hard core. If she had any opportunity to get married to a guy with any prospects, she definitely would have taken it.

She wanted to bragplain-- to tell the women around her that she's so valuable/desired, she has guys trying to verbally accost her whenever she goes out. total bullshit. most women are so deluded these days, they never stop to think about reality, and to distinguish their conceptions of reality from reality itself.

I use those fiji bottles because they don't scrunch up when you squeeze them like most round plastic ones.

I also use the rubber bars for volume squatting, try doing 100 full ROM squats in a row, with the 12 lb rubber bar on your back. Even you regularly squat 3 plates you can't do it without your form going to shit.
