I guess so if you have great life and things go your way then of course you'd think like that. For some people starving in Africa it's not so great but one thing's for certain they don't complain. What the OP is saying is that you can auto-convince yourself that everything is fine. Sure, you can dig your head into an hole, and do not care about what is happening outside. This works until someone dig that hole and screams in your ears "SURPRISE MOTHERFUCKER". The chances of someone digging and screaming are not very high if you live in a house away from main cities, and if society will not fall. Rather that saying that there are no problems at all, focus on your problems and fix those, after that you can stick your head in that hole and live in peace, if that suits you
