Just taking his first actual point - he inadvertently invalidates his own argument before he even finishes it. It’s as follows:

(1) men make up 93%/~5000 workplace deaths every year. About 1000 of these deaths are from truck drivers, about 50 are from fireman.

(2) He then plays the tape of that guy saying “we (men) are dying for you (women)” and rebuts that by saying that women WANT to work these dangerous jobs but aren’t allowed. He continues, that because women aren’t allowed to work these dangerous jobs (that they clearly WANT to have) then men don’t have a leg to stand on when complaining about the death rate...

Except he contradicts himself... as a data point for his argument he brings up what TYPE of jobs men are dying in - truck drivers and firemen. The lions share of deaths are for truck drivers, and there are only a handful of firemen dying each year. He even mentions himself (before making the argument in (1) and (2)) that firefighters shouldn’t be the “poster boys” of on-the-job fatalities - because there are so few of them.

It’s a contradiction because uses FIREMEN as an example of a “job that men don’t allow women to do”. While disregarding truck drivers.

I guarantee you, no one is preventing women from being truck drivers, lol. And IF women are even actually prevented from being firefighters - it’s likely due to not being physically fit enough... I knew a college athlete that was a fucking unit that couldn’t even pass the firefighter physical exam.

So he invalidates his first point before he even finishes it. I haven’t watched the rest of the video - but I assume if he’s coming out the gate this weak I doubt it’s gonna get better.
