Let me try to clarify a thing or two, as we seem to get the same questions on a daily basis that can be answered very simply.

MGTOW stands for Men Going Their Own Way.

But what does that mean? Does it mean, "Doing what I want to do?" Obviously it doesn't, because if it means that, then everyone is a MGTOW. Women do what they want to do. Feminists do what they want to do. Cucks too, and anti-MGTOW. Everyone does what they want to do. Are feminists and cucks and anti-MGTOW, MGTOW? Of course not. So going your own way has to mean more than just doing what you want.

Nor is MGTOW about going off the grid, as many enjoy their modern comforts. Nor is it about dating and interacting with women, as some MGTOW date, while others choose not to. Nor is it about a specific religion or creed or race. Nor is it about vegan, paleo, or some other diet. Nor is it about holding down a job or living off of YouTube royalties. Nor do you have to game, lift, or even save for your future. Sure, there are MGTOW that do some or many of the above. But they're not purity tests.

MGTOW means one thing - standing against gynocentrism in all its forms, whether from the left or the right or anywhere in-between.

And as a point of practicality, there's a consensus that the baseline of lifestyle involved is: no marriage, as the institution (and its legally related cohabitation) embodies the essence of gynocentrism. That's it - just no marriage.

If you just think about the above, you'll realize that most of the dumb questions we get on a daily basis are answered. For example, the old, "if you're going your own way," why do you talk about women so much? See, that question comes from a misunderstanding of MGTOW. You can be MGTOW and still talk about women. You can still poke fun at them and try to understand the nature of the sexes. You can still be angry at them for putting you through a stiff divorce raping. As long as you don't get married, you can do whatever you want to do.

It's too late for lots of us here (who find themselves in cheaper-to-keeper and related situations). But it will save a great many men in the future from something that was never that great of a deal in the first place.
