I myself am just 22 but here's what I learned from others and observing society.

1 (HEALTH). Eat healthy. Exercise regularly. Don't drink, smoke or do drugs.Use protection if having sex and don't cum when inside her. Stay up to date with dentist, doctors etc.

2 (MONEY). Start your own businesses. Have at least 3 incomes at all times. Save 20 percent of every check you get. Spend money on things for purpose not status. Don't waste money on the new cars, phones, big house mansions etc. Go to college after you have started your first successful business. Always smart to have a backup plan. College imo was made to make you an employee. When you are a boss you can do what you want when you want how you want. You will be happier than doing any job. If you like a specific job start a business doing that job. Always be a boss.

3 (RELATIONSHIPS). Associate with like minded positive thinking individuals. Stay away from people who do drugs, drink and smoke. Surround yourself with people you want to be like as much as possible. Never burn bridges. Keep good terms with everyone. Never hold grudges always forgive and forget.
