I didn’t quite get a #metoo moment pulled but I’m a pretty open mouthed guy who says what’s on his mind and makes jokes often. Sometimes these get taken the wrong way and I have to remember to stop getting so comfortable in the workplace around women. How do you guys keep from getting too comfortable at work with the women around you every day 8 hours a day? I would love to say I can think about the long term consequences all day every day and just be super disciplined but it just isn’t in my nature, at least not yet. Anyone with any routines or morning rituals that helps remind you that you gotta watch yourself and see the big picture would be really helpful.
