It's ultimately pretty fucking pointless, because a women will be with you for your resources, doesn't mean she will actually be faithful to you.

You could be your friend, show some hot gold digger your bank account, and she will happily spend your money in return for sleeping with you. Still doesn't mean she isnt going to bang chad while you're at work, while both of them laugh at you.

It's why I'm not impressed by someone just because they have "nice things", because its basically pea-cocking to be a cuck. Dont get me wrong, some guy's have "nice things" but its because they are into that particular thing, its their hobby, what they're into.

For example you may have someone with an Evo say, he might just have that to "pick up chicks", the dude is probably going to be a shallow uninteresting pos. If however the dude wants to spend more time showing you what's under the bonnet, most likely you're going to learn a thing or two. And that sort of thing I can respect.

But I digress, its ultimately its a belief in traditional values that will help attract a mate, and they're not wrong, its just unlikely to be the right sort of mate, and ultimately a waste of time and effort as the one thing that drives that urge is freely available, even if you have to rent it.

I see "being flash" these days as an act of stupidity, and anyone who wants to emulate it as being retarded. The fact that your friend must be highly successful, but chooses to be modest, imo makes him the smartest person in any room he walks into.

To be frank those questions aren't anyone's business but your own. Almost all guys are shit these days when it comes to being friends. Most of those guys judging don't even have the balls to stand up to their woman in a relationship. They're pussy whipped.

Real bros are hard to find these days. Unless it's a true friend walk over anyone who stands in your way. They'll likely do the same to you.
