They're a different ethnicity, and create a different culture. They aren't "white", or like us in any fashion. What black people offer humanity is "social" in nature, they don't view things the same way that we do. All the ethnicities are different with different values. Blacks are the only race to have never invented the "wheel". That's not a jab at their intelligence, but an insight into how they think as a people. They are extremely social, much more so than the other races. Blacks have a lot of personality, and are quite funny. We need to understand how we differ from them and make restrictions on how much they can effect our civilization. That way they will never get on our nerves or act in a destructive manner. But currently, we are treating them like they are us, and it's causing problems and racial tension that doesn't need to exist. Treating them the same as us is giving both of us a bad reputation in eachothers eyes.
