It doesn’t seem like shitty research. It puts forth perfectly legitimate reasons why men are earning more. Basically, they work more and take on rides that at are less than ideal. What’s wrong with that?

So it’s again the same thing already said about gender gap ; they work less and don’t take certain path because of danger.

But in the same time, expect to be paid the same as the one who work more hours, put himself in danger and drive faster.

Female uber drivers can do the same things that male uber drivers did and earn just as much. Why should male drivers take a penalty because they did better than their female peers?

Since the pay algorithm doesnt give a shit... apply this pay gap % to all wages and salaries. That is the pay gap to cover average efficency between sexes.
