Nah, he proceeds to have sex with this women he just met mere panels later. Remember, this is from Japan. They don't have the same batshit crazy level of feminism we have, I don't think women go around trying to entrap men there quiet like they do here.
Essentially, it's a throwaway joke to make the entire scenario more absurd. (which it is inherently)
EDIT: Because apparently it has to be explained I am not saying Japanese women are NAWALT. I am saying these specific problems are less prominent there. Largely because things like retroactive withdrawal of consent isn't tolerated in Japan. Not because their women are different.

I didn't say they weren't like that I said that specific problem, of retroactive consent retraction isn't a problem there. I was making a very specific statement of the kinds of problems they have. In that their problems are different than ours.
At no point did I say their women were NAWALT

Never said it wasn't, I said the specific problems like alimony extortion and retroactive rape charges likely don't exist in Japan because Japan doesn't let women get away with it.
They have other problems, like all their women fleeing to become workers in the urban centers before growing old without having any kids, in large part due to highly unrealistic expectations and standards for relationships.

Why would they? The women over there already had all the perks in life on the backs of "salary men" they married. They got to stay at home doing fuck all, their husbands worked all day and on top of that they got all their salary to mismanage. Japan went straight from traditionalism to Herbivore Men.
