The wage gap is a lie. The reality is women are paid the same, but the man works more hours so he gets more money. The woman works 40 hours and the man who does the same job with the same pay works 50 hours.

So the man gets a bigger paycheck, and the feminsists say "pay gap".

Employing women is actually significantly more expensive than employing a man. Just adding in maternity leave alone makes employing women a liability. What about sexual harassment claims and the legal fees? What about all the special little rules and codes that must be followed to not trigger sensitive women? That cost money. What about the fact that women make up the vast majority of FMLA claims, which is essentially a golden ticket to call off work consequence free whenever you want and they cannot fire you. What about that? Every time a woman uses her FMLA golden ticket to call off, temporary employees often need to be called in or coworkers have to bear her daily burden of work- making them bitter. This costs a ton of money. IMHO Women have price themselves out of the job market and Women have also price themselves out of the sexual market. Their future is bleak because nobody wants them whether it be men or employers. I predict that there will be a big comeback of the oldest profession on the face of the earth- prostitution. The future of females is prostitution

The wage gap is misunderstood nonsense. Of course there's a wage gap. But it's not what you think it is.

Young educated and unmarried women out earn their male counterparts.

Women burn out and in a few short years refuse to work hard and put in the serious overtime

Women use the majority of services that any company, or government offers

Women refuse to work in any environment that requires manual labor, long hours, dangerous work, stressful work, or that holds you accountable.

Women are the first to raise a stink about feeling uncomfortable (e.g. Metoo)

Women are petty and vengeful. They will negatively impact a work place proportional to their % in that environment. A female tech CEO made this remark after attempting an all female company only to see these women destroy everything.

Women refuse to take risks. They won't quit a job in order to accept an offer at a new company or travel for an opportunity

Women don't mentor. A woman typically won't advise or mentor others to produce a growing supportive culture, but expect, no DEMAND that men specifically drop everything to give them an edge

Women dominate every field of study that they have interest in... scholarships, networking, career opportunities are all focused on getting more women into positions by shutting out men.

Women are incapable of excepting accountability. Even when he stakes are small and the focus is just on fixing things and getting the job done right without any punishment, women will insist that someone else is to blame.

Women either leave high end positions or instead work overtime and thus cost the company more money. E.g. Female doctors don't want to put in the long hours. So all the money spent to give them this career is wasted. You now have to give 2-5 women scholarships to do the work that 1 man would do. He is willing to put in the overtime and build the skill in order to be successful.

Women insist that jobs and environments adapt to them. This costs companies a lot. Men's natural reaction is to learn the rules and adapt ourselves to an environment. This happens with the handicapped. When the government forces companies to create more accessible areas for the handicapped... companies no longer want to hire them. This would have been negotiated on an individual basis. But when it's forces...a company would rather not bother.

I could continue, but you get the point. Women are the furthest thing from being a good choice... mid level jobs are fine.. most people can fill those roles... but anything that requires a huge amount of skill and expertise? Or requires you to deal with insane hours, dangerous conditions, or inhuman stress? Women constantly fail at these. There's a reason only the best of men can fill those positions. They are taxing and not meant for the average man. Now we're expected to believe that the average woman is not equal, but superior to the best of men. Yea... suuuuuure.

Yes, really. A teacher said "oh they don't because society just doesn't think women are worth it" but seriously? Businesses are about lowering costs. If you have an entire class you're legally allowed to pay less then why not only hire from that class? It would save tons and raise profits. The only part that could be argued could be sexism is like 2-3% and that's probably from women being less apt to ask for raises.
