Pay for your own shit on dates.
Hell, pay for men until you offset all the money they've spent on you plus interest.
Fix your own things when they break.
Be ready to get into a fist fight to defend yourself. No one will jump to your defense.
Be held accountable for everything you do and say. This includes being cautious not to trigger a man, he will press charges for sexual harassment. Courts will always take his word over yours.
Chase men, they'll rarely chase you.
Practice game intensively to increase your success rate with men from 2% to 7%.
If you're an 9, do an approach per day for a slim shot at sex with a man who is a 4-5. It has to be day game: going out at night will get you brutally rejected by most men you meet, including fat boys.
Handle rejection with dignity; if you lash out, everyone will come to the man's defense.
Work for everything, nothing is handed to you.
Pay child support if you walk out on a single father.
Get divorce raped by a man who took advantage of you financially.
Go to the gym every day, it's a preliminary requirement for any man to want you. No obesity.
Chug nasty protein shakes and take countless supplements to meet those requirements.
Be prepared for constant socially accepted body shaming if you don't.
Not what you signed up for? Does equality sound like too much work? Cause that's what true equality would look like at this point sweetheart. Otherwise, go back to being a submissive bitch who is dominated and protected by her man. You can't handle true equality.

If your natural build is incredibly skinny and you have a fast metabolism, you do. Coming from a dude who fits that description. It's a struggle man, I have to take supplements and force feed more food than I'm hungry for to make gains.

Yeah it really does suck. I'm the same way, when I stop my strict maintenance regimen I lose it all. I've learned to be more comfortable in my own skin, but I still occasionally think "man, I wish I filled in my shirts more." Being 6'3" does not help.
But hey, at least we're not fat. That would be far worse of an issue.

Same, I'm skinny shamed all the time. Mainly by women as well. I'd prefer to be a bit bigger not because I give a fuck what they think, but because I don't like to draw undue attention to myself. In this case, "wow that dude is so skinny." I'd like for people to fuck off and mind their own business, so bulking a bit would deter them from bringing any nonsense my way. I'd stand out less.
And yep, typical feminism double standards. No one cares about male body shaming. They can call us "too skinny," "small," or even fat. We cannot comment on their physiques. Not even compliments anymore, cause that's sexual harassment lol.

I workout til failure, food quality is probably higher than average where I live. As the dude said below, I'm not "unable to build muscle." Just struggling to bulk up. My muscles are getting very well toned. Cut, as they call it.
