Yeah mine was almost along the same lines. They were moving the "relationship" forward saying anything to get you to like them or give them attention, "we are gonna do this, we are gonna do that blah blah" I knew what they were saying was bs and dream on stuff, and in the end when I asked them a practical question about what they had promised, I was "making them feel bad". It is kind of a child's thought process. With hindsight a person doing that should be called out. Its always hard to pin that stuff down, though you can view it as child like naiveté or just a pack of lies. And that was one of the ones with their head screwed on. The rest of it is a disaster. I quite understand why people just say f### it. It isn't worth it. Life is very short. Am done crawling around after these freaks.

Your feelings are a result of chemicals in your brain working along synapses due to external stimuli. In this instance, it's your sour reaction to what might be the truth.
Just because your feelings make you feel this way if it is true, doesn't negate the possibility it might be true. Your solipsistic thought process and emotional thinking doesn't dictate reality.
Your inability to put your feelings aside and come to terms with reality and objective truth demonstrates your immature, child like nature which is why no one takes you seriously.
