The problem is not "concerning as sexual relationships are important for well-being and health". The problem is concerning because males who have no hope of mating slowly leave society: won't work long hours for a low pay, won't risk their life at war to protect their country, etc. And obviously alphas are not going to do it, they are too busy shagging all those women. So I'm afraid the women will have to do it.
