Looks a lot like the Flag of Greece (country).
Except that would be blue & white, has fewer stripes, and no "star" or other thingees around the cross.
What's the context you're seeing it in?

Hmmm...
OK that's a bit more of the "context" I was looking for (and what I sort of suspected it might be).
It's really (and I do mean REALLY) going out there on a speculative limb, but IF (and that's a BIG "IF") it's supposed to be a "greek" flag...
THEN one possible interpretation of that might be "Anal" (as in "fuck her in/up the ass") -- the term "greek love" was sometimes a euphemism for "anal sex."
-- But again, that's a really huge amount of speculation.
And the flag as shown really ISN'T a good match for a "greek flag" (again, wrong color, wrong number of stripes, etc) -- just doesn't resemble any other flag either (at least AFAIK).
OTOH, I can't think of anything ELSE it even could mean... and at the same time, can't imagine why they wouldn't just come right out and say "anal" --- why beat around the bush (LOL) with an obtuse ambiguous FLAG icon?
