I don’t truly understand what this subreddit is, it doesn’t give a definitive answer in the about. Can someone explain? Also what is red pill.

I have a since of what this subreddit is, obviously, but I just want a clear definition. Also, The more I look through this sub the more I’m agreeing with the things said. But I feel a bit strange about that.
