You guys are missing the point. There’s a difference between someone in an actual domestic violence situation and someone who is completely faking the story for attention and sympathy. In this situation the white knight only listens to what the girl has to say (also while she’s drunk) and completely disregards the other side of the story. The man in the relationship is not even given a chance to explain his side and the girl gets all the sympathy for being a “victim”. Enough with all this believe all women crap.

I used to white knight. It was mentally exhausting, it was virtue signaling, and it was thankless. I used to be acutely aware of all my friends' problems and I would spend hours at a time on Facebook Messenger to listen/be supportive. When I allowed myself to start being selfish with my time, it put me in a mentally better place.
"You wouldn't help a female friend who's being physically abused by her bf?" I already hear from the blue pill lurking this thread.
Hard pass. No. I wouldn't. It's none of my business and she's a grown ass woman. I would feel the exact same way if it was a male friend (and I have absolutely had male friends who were abused by women).
At best, I may offer supportive words. But I've lost all desire to ever actually take action when other peoples' love lives are in shambles.

Leave him, or shut the fuck up. I'm tired of bitches complaining about their abusive bfs, yet still staying with them.

Jumping to conclusions without knowing both sides of the story should never be supported

How could you be insensitive in that situation? Someone is hurting another person whatever how the person is, Its wrong. (Personal opinion)

You idiot - use your brain. If the b/f really was abusing her, hospital staff or friends/family would have stepped in already and reported him to the police for abuse.

I mean its right thing to do. Domestic violence should never be supported.

My unsolicited speculation: they both drink, she gets up in his face, he pushes her out of her way, and now she’s got a card to play when she’s pissed off at him.
