It's so strange. I have a female coworker who is actually bigger than me and has been on the job a few months longer than me. I realized that she actually makes more than me per hour. She answers phones all and sits at a computer on her Facebook. I lift equipment all day and work outside in the Florida heat. Any time a situation comes along where something needs to be lifted, or moved, I'm the one who has to do it for her. Not to mention she calls out of work maybe twice a month because she doesn't "feel good" in the mornings. I asked for two days off, a month in advance, (my parents are visiting) and was told "it would be inconvenient for the company, because it is the busy time of the year"

I haven't called in sick, have never been late, and do everything I'm supposed to do during the day. I'm getting sick and fucking tired of this goddamn fucking "equality" garbage. I'm terrified to say anything because I'll be labeled a misogynist. I'm terrified to say anything to the woman directly, for fear of being reported for "harassment"

Is there a win-win situation in this?
