I have a friend that I talk to on instagram. She constantly takes pictures of her face with a ton filters on them. Today I mentioned that I need to shave because my facial hair is getting long. However I was going to keep growing out my goatee. She was very persistent that I shave all of it just because she hates facial hair.

I then change the subject to why I can never see her face without filters. We argued for awhile on that. I then said "Wh should I have to do something you want, which will take a long time to grow back, when all I'm wanting you to do is take a simple picture of yourself with no filters?" We continued to argue this.

I don't understand it, she's seen me hundreds of times without filters but when I want the same she refuses. Why is this so hard?
