Go do cheesy, polyester uniform, tin badge security part time. Pays about $10-12 depending on locale. Mostly guys; lots of retirees, former cops and former mil just looking for something to do to fill in the gaps on the benies or get away from the wife for a few hours. Plenty of part time work. Plenty of watching a gate / desk and checking people in an out type stuff. Or if to like to walk and don't like people you can spend all night walking down a high-rise to make sure all the interior office doors are locked. Get the right job and you don't have to worry about confrontations. I'm not talking about being a bouncer or working someplace that's going to get protested or be a target like a nuclear power plant. Most of the cheesy jobs actually instruct you to basically run away and call the cops if the shit ever hits the fan. But, to some extent you do have to do some butt kissing to the clients and bite your tongue a lot.
