Work husbands/work wives are not much more than your crush at your job. They start off as someone of the opposite sec you work with closely and eventually the fake "spouse" title gets applied.

Typically this turns into the two work spouses going on a few double dates with their real spouses to keep up the facade of respectability, and within six months or so the work "spouses" are screwing.

Can't think of a single example I've seen in the wild that didnt turn into an affair. Those words should be a big red flag to anyone who hears them. Check your chute and prepare to jump.

I've had a work wife or two. Just someone who you chat with about things not necessarily related.

Sometimes you go to lunch, sometimes you go back to their place and sport fuck for a 2 hour lunch.

i have had loads of work wives, and by that i mean

"women i dont have sex with (nor want to) and grow ever more frustated and annoyed by their personality and habits biting my tongue and doing my best to ignore everything they say"

hey you know what, now that you mention it. I always see the secretary prying, talking and trying to get the attention of the boss. he generally is so caught up in the work he barely notices it or her for that matter. but I see she is trying to make him this "work husband" concept.
