First off, I just wanted to thank this sub. Its done more for me than you all could know. I found MGTOW about 3 months ago after coming out of a 2 n half year relationship feeling manipulated, pathetic, and depressed. I was a simp my whole teenage and young adult life. Told by both women and men that females are to be praised, respected, honoured...the same old bullshit. And i bought into it fully. Desperately looking for female validation. Im not the worst looking guy and I had a fair amount of girlfriends thru high school and college, all ended with me being burned and humiliated. The last breakup was the last straw for me.

I spent the first few months reading the stories by fellow Mgtow's and i couldnt believe how much i could relate. Anyway it all clicked for me when i realized, when it came down to it, the reason i put up with so much hurt and bullshit was for the 'possibility of sex.' For me, this was a massive epiphany. Like a 100ton brick off my shoulders. Thinking back on all the time, money, and energy i wasted for the possibility of sex. Breaking away from this mindset was incredibly freeing. But now i find myself extremely angry. Not just at females but this whole gynocentric society.

To cut to the point, I want nothing to do with women now and I treat the ones I do come across like trash. In all honesty the worse i treat them the more free i feel. Its like a drug. To go against everything I was told to believe.. its like a high. But i am angry all the time and i don't want to remain in this red pill rage. I want to move forward, where i simply feel nothing towards females. Where i find satisfaction in my accomplishments for no one but myself.

I am doing my best to keep myself occupied.I am going to school full time and work 4 days a week. I lift weights about 5 days a week and have started to teach myself the guitar. If any of you, who have gone through this phase have any advice on how to move progressively and quickly thru it, it will be much appreciated.
