Some of you might be like me and work in a very large company. The company I work for offers a way for all employees to anonymously make eeo complaints. These complaints require ZERO evidence/witnesses and puts the person who is complained about in a very precarious situation especially when these complaints start adding up.

Just like toxic feminism and #metoo this shit can be weaponized if you are smart about it. Once upon a time we had a terrible person where I worked, we will call them X. This person was a morally bankrupt, piece of shit human being who thought they could work their way to the top via stepping on everyone around them.

Other employees started to get angry (rightfully so) and those employees banded together and started putting eeo complaints in on X. Nothing much happened at first, but soon X started walking around asking employees who put the claims in on them. Since asking employees about such things is a violation of HR policy at the company and the fact that X was such a bastard and employees at this point hated X so much they put in more eeo claims for X breaking HR policy, X was forced to go to a different area to keep their job.

The only reason X was allowed to keep their job is because X's father is a big shot and pulled some strings to keep X employed, but even then, X's father couldn't protect X if it happened again. The day X left the employees had an office party with cake, ice cream and pizza. X was so hated by everyone that even the management participated and was glad to see X go.

If you have any harassment, sexual or otherwise at a workplace with an HR policy like this, I suggest you use it. Not all industries are the same however. Since my industry is male dominated these harassment claims are extremely few and far between and very seriously scrutinized when they are received. If you work around a shitload of women who cry wolf 10x a day then you might be out of luck, or who knows, maybe management is tired of Holly Hypergamy always crying rape when the vending machine eats her quarter and is looking for an excuse to can her ass.
