It's crazy how pragmatic , practical , and business minded women are when it comes to relationships and future prospects meanwhile men are asked to forego their logic for the sake of " love" and belief in their relationship being something divine and more than it is. If a Woman divorces you and gets wealthy then she deserves every dime but if you avoid marriage for the sake of preserving your wealth then they consider you a coward .... how silly.

That’s a bad deal.

He put in 40% of assets and only 20% of the work. Which is in both cases is a minority share.

You put in 60% of the assets and 80% of the work. Which in both cases is the majority share.

YET, he gets 50% should he decide to leave for no good reason? AND you pay his salary for the rest of his life?

To ask for 50% he would have needed to contribute 50%. That’s fair. So no, it’s bad deal. Give him the same deal and he’ll laugh at you

60% of the assets seems a bit light. Probably closer to 75% unless she has rich parents and you hang in 40+ years for an inheritance.
