I believe this is a kink thing where one subject desires public humiliation. I'm not joking. They have these and other subjects who like to be on a leach for m'lady to walk in public. It could be a man walking and woman crawling... But that specific scenario would not go over well in public. So that dynamic is kept behind closed doors.

Source: I know from knowing some peeps in the kink community. The percentage of men seeking degradation is roughly 20%, women seeking degradation is roughly 60% (don't have sources). Go figure!
