by god, this newly single mother in my office keeps asking me to help fix her accounts since shes "so overwhelmed with life".

told her if i had time maybe id be able to get to it. nothing crazy just busy with my own shit, dont pay her much attention.

next thing i know i get a call from my manager asking me if i could stop what i was doing to help out. being of strong mind I told my manager exactly what i told that wymn. I said im pretty busy with my own accounts and I asked if she was physically/ mentally unable to fix her own accounts, in that case when i finished my work i would try to get to her. he was dumbfounded for a quick second than said to just keep working and he would get back to me.

needless to say she already had the office simp sitting at her desk doing her work. fucking dude literally sniffing at her ass.

moral of the story, your time is too valuable to give to others and its important to make that fact known. dont be the office savior, go your own way.
