Hire "wetnurses" - healthcare professionals who oversee this. A doctor, male or female, can run the show as a manager, technicians can operate the machines. However, there will be a professional "wetnurse" position that must be female, and someone who is genetically checked out.

Her eggs are used to carry dozens of babies, from dozens of males. Her job, along with her coworkers, is to handle "post term" babies who have left the tank. Including, if she chooses, nursing. The lactation is induced, the woman's womb remains untouched.

Natural pregnancies require special, special permits.

The male sperm donors come in weekly or biweekly for medically dictated time to spend with the baby (talking, skin to skin). The female wetnurse/egg donor is not present.

After 18 months to 2.5 years, the man takes on a more frequent role, including "play time" and "overnights". The child then transitions to a new day care/early childhood facility where professionals teach basic reasoning and socializing skills. The wetnurses don't see the children again.

The wetnurses donate eggs to a dozen babies at a time, and after each cycle, do it again. These professionals, who are genetically optimal (health, intelligence, beauty - health primarily, then intelligence), have so many offspring the attachment issue isn't a concern.

The wetnurses, along with all women, are permitted one single child with whom they are given lifelong visitation rights. You can apply for more, but the most any female will get is a second. Everyone is allowed to be a mother, but most children will be raised through the system.

The father is given substantial visiting time at the early childhood facility, and maybe even sharing time where the child stays some with him, some at the facility.

After 3-5 years, the child lives with the father full time, where he serves as an instructor, mentor, and teacher.

Once the child is around 11-13, they are given substantial responsibility. Full rights and autonomy aren't given until 20.

Women are NOT involved after early childhood.

Childhood psychological studies will determine a "nurturing time" each child requires. Neglect from female caregiver can cause problem, but mandated (medically determined) "quality time" with wetnurses and caregivers during the appropriate ages can deal with this. With appropriate attention during these critical years, children over the age of 5-7 don't need as much motherly attention to grow up mentally healthy.

The whole paradigm of childhood will be managed as an outcome of medical science. Institutions that are qualified to meet psychological and health needs will care for children. At the appropriate (early) age, child instruction will be turned over to autonomous fathers.

The wetnurse will be a very respectable profession that both men and women greatly honor, but these women will not be providing children with a set of values (muh quality of life solipsism).

Generally, marriage will disappear completely as an archaic and basically immoral institution for both parties.

Oxytocin induced female desperate clinginess will be solved by sex robots for males, where sex with real females is considered somewhat taboo.

Women will probably resort to pseudo-lesbianism, living in clans.

Men will probably do the studio/one bedroom deal with hobbies and MGTOW lifestyle. Male communities will have well cared for public spaces because irresponsible use will be dealt with in an upfront way.

Women and men will complete the effect observed in advanced societies of diverging into semi-independent civilizations, in that most men and most women live pretty divergent lifestyles. Women producing art and culture that's decisively "female" and vice versa.

There will be nothing stopping relationships, but the civilization won't support a lot of it happening because of hen shaming, and men not wanting to or having to support females inequitably for any reason.

Females will find plenty of professional niches in which men and women can work together in the same workspace with no problems.

Female clan dormitories will probably hire resident "hot guys" to service the sexual needs of the women in orgiastic ways.

Workplace sexual drama and "me too" stuff will decline. Because of the taboo (dudes out hunting pussy will come off as real assholes, once warm, mobile, mineral and pheromone scented sex robots are plentiful).

There will probably be a 30-70 female to male ratio of the population.

This could lead to more war, although frankly most of the problems war exists to solve - overpopulation, dependent classes, dysgenic forces - are caused by female sexual behavior.
