Got a bit tired of surfing for MGTOW content and I decided it was a perfect afternoon to clean my thoughts in my garden. So I grab a classic book ("Disagreeable tales", by Léon Bloy) and I start reading the first short-story named "The herbal tea").

It's about a teenage boy who after having seeked confort in a church during a hot day hear a woman confessing to the priest that she put poison in the tea she made. After hearing her and seeing her silhouette he's almost certain the woman is his mother. But who could she have poisonned and when ? His father was killed during the 1870 franco-prussian war and they were living alone since she became a widow.

After coming back to his home he's not feeling so well and his mother suggests a cup of her homemade herbal tea... But it wasn't even necessary for he just dies there from a stroke. Last line is something like this : "She had a lover who didn't want to be a step-father".

You can't escape it guys... It's everywhere.
