Man, I'm 24 and I still feel these feelings... I usually try not to pay attention at them too much. The key to overcome this is really keep yourself studying, play sports, be careful with your health and do things you like to do (find what your hobbies are, I just found I love playing guitar and I'm working towards it)

Life is way more than women, they just come to your life chrckingt for resources... Even during a conversation you're usually the one keeping it going. Women are overrated and it's time to look for better things.

Get a music instrument and get a band together, go camp/fish, paint sculpt. etc. What do you like/want to do?

I’m 41 and at 15 we didn’t have to ask what to do with our time we just did it. With all the options young people have today it frustrates me when they just throw their hands up and don’t know what to do,

I will advise that what you do find that it’s not based on a computer or game system. I still game but I also know when I need to unplug, turn my phone off and get back to the real world around me.

The best hobby for a man to have in my opinion is Bushcraft. Check out /r/bushcraft for info. It's basically learning to survive and thrive in the wilderness. This may not seem appealing to you at first compared to other more immediate gratification, however the depth of confidence it will give you is unlike anything else.
