I’ve worked with several lesbians. I have zero problems with that, in fact it’s quite fun to joke about, but they’ve been universally sketchy employees.

In court there is nothing exist like lesbian. She still can file a sexual harassment case and you will still be guilty. If she become greedy.

I don't know dude, I don't think sexuality changes inherently feminine traits. Like most gay guys I know are still straightforward, rational, logical, self-sufficient and accountable, and they're almost universally great at their respective jobs. The couple of dykes I know still gossip, spread rumors, incessantly bitch about hierarchies, and still harbor an insane amount of hate for "the patriarchy". Like they're even happily married and have kids and are absolutely awful to their son, constantly making jokes about him like "what if we do everything right and raise him properly and he still grows up and rapes a bunch of people?" They even forced him into a girls Halloween costume once, it was heartbreaking to watch the poor kid. My point is, being a lesbian doesn't nullify the crazy.

I think if it's a female oriented business, hire women and get cameras EVERYWHERE and make sure the onboarding contract they sign is as long as a novel and makes sure you're protected in every conceivable way, or just hire gay men.
