So, I just came back from the ER, 6 stitches in my outer thumb and will miss work tomorrow and possibly Tuesday as well. Why? Short answer: I had anxiety attack triggered by my flight or fight response. From someone yelling at me.

Well for two weeks, I have been on about a non-legal separation. I have anger issues myself due to my PTSD and anxiety. I have messed up at a young age 18 to 25 and talked to other women. Happens when I married young. Another fault I have is the domestic disturbances that is usually started by my spouse and sometimes me. She just yells and pins all the past mistakes on me on how I haven't fix them. She still thinks I want to move on to another crazy woman and not even close to the truth. I'm gonna make it official and delete all my social media and not just have it uninstalled. Nobody cares anyway.

She just loves to yell at me and to just not take it. Well today she kept going on and I got triggered. I didn't touch her and I ended up hurting myself much worse. Ceramic bowl shattered on my hand leaving a cut needing stitches.

Throughout my ER visit, she kept texting me, how I blamed her for my accident. And how she's scared I gave her TB, not sure it works like AIDS. Dumb but anyways.

I'm going make some moves with some money coming up. I'm gonna fix the things in my house and sell it. I'm gonna give her a fair amount and have another place for me and my kids to stay. I'm through with the mind games.

I don't deserve redemption according to her. The challenge of finding resources for guys out here is real and difficult. Anger management classes and a decent therapist. People at the ER laughed at me from the whole situation. I'm done with most humans as it is and it's going to be years before I even hang out with a companion after the divorce goes through. Why does nobody care and think I'm a joke? I'm going my own way.
